  • You’ll be prompted with a box to describe your issue. From the options provided, choose “Deposit not received.”
  • Enter your 91 Club game ID, the amount you deposited, your UTR number, and any proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction screenshot).
  • After filling in all the details, submit the issue for review.
  • To track the progress of your request, go back to the live chat, click on the “Verify issue progress” option, and enter your credentials. This will show you whether your issue is still pending or under review.
